If you choose to purchase any one of our Local Deals, customers can return any unredeemed deals for a refund of the amount paid within the first three days after purchase. After the three days have expireed, all sales are final unless stated otherwise in the Fine Print. Deals may always be redeemed for at least the amount the customer paid for it. You will also receive the amount you paid for a deal even after the promotional value has expired.

If your experience does not live up to your expectations please contact us within 14 days and we will do our best to work on a resolution between you and the establishment.

The Fast Planz pledge is to provide you with a great deal and experience and if for any reason it doesn't live up to your expectations we will work on a speedy resolution.
